It’s important that you feel understood and empowered in therapy, so I schedule consultation calls with all prospective clients.

I use that time to learn more about what brings you into therapy, what you hope to get out of therapy, and to describe a bit about my therapy practice. Please bring any questions you may have for me to the consultation call. If we mutually think it’ll feel like a good fit in working together and your therapy goals are within my scope of practice, we will schedule an initial appointment.

I do not take walk-in clients and do not provide emergency services.
